Guide to opening a diary page directly in Excel

Please read through these instructions at least once before clicking on any of the links.

1. This is the simplest way of downloading pages if you already have Excel installed on your computer.
2. Simply choose the page you want and click. You will be given the options to Save or Open in Excel.
3. Choose Open in Excel and if the page is the one you wanted, then save it on your own disk wherever you want using "Save as".
4. After that you can edit the page as you wish just as you would with any Excel page.
